Long-term or too frequent administration of the drug in young children can lead to inhibiting of the central nervous system, hypothermia, coma, and prolonged expansion of the pupil. Nafazolin can cause a sudden decrease in blood pressure and tachycardia.

Наружно. Взрослым и детям старше 2 лет Nadryl® наносят на пораженные участки кожи (полоску геля длиной 3–5 см на площадь поражения размером с ладонь) 3–4 раза в сутки и распределяют легкими массирующими движениями.
В/м — по 1–5 мл 1% раствора. Внутрь, взрослым — по 25–50 мг 1–3 раза в день.
Детям — по 10–30 мг 1–3 раза в день. Курс — 10–15 дней.
Внутрь, взрослым — по 2 табл. каждые 6 ч, но не более 12 табл. в сутки.
Детям от 6 до 12 лет — по 1 табл. (не более 6) в сутки. Детям до 6 лет необходима консультация врача.
