Overdose

Symptoms : during an overdose, pronounced drowsiness, dizziness, collaptoid state occurs.

Treatment: first aid - washing the stomach, taking activated carbon. Symptomatic therapy.

Contraindications

AV blockade.

AV blockade, ventricular extrasystolia, hypotension, constipation, drowsiness.

Therapeutic indications

Spasms of the vessels of the brain, angina pectoris, endarteritis, cholecystitis, pylorospasm, spastic colitis, renal colic.

Dosage (Posology) and method of administration

Inside - 0.04–0.06 g 3–5 times a day. The highest single dose is 0.4 g, daily - 0.6 g.
