After oral administration, almost completely (99%) is absorbed within 30 minutes. Bioavailability-80%, binds to plasma proteins, passes through the BBB and placental barrier. It is metabolized in the liver, partially with the formation of active metabolites. T1/2 — 1 h, in the terminal phase-15 h (due to reverse diffusion from the tissues). It is excreted by the kidneys, with repeated use it can accumulate. Against the background of severe hepatic impairment, the clearance decreases, and in chronic renal failure, the excretion of metabolites is disrupted.
