Anaemex iron Medicine

Overdose

Symptoms:

The symptoms of overdose after submucosal injection of fatty anaemex iron are unknown, but are probably similar to the symptoms seen in other drugs after excessive exposure to anaemex iron. Absorption of anaemex iron after applying dilute anaemex iron solutions to extensive wounds leads to abdominal pain, dizziness, methemoglobinemia, hemoglobinuria, cyanosis, cardiac arrhythmias, ECG abnormalities, and can lead to respiratory failure, circulatory failure, coma, and death.

Treatment: There is no specific antidote for iron overdose actute Anaemex. Overdose treatment is symptomatic and supportive. If the product has been swallowed, empty the stomach with aspiration and lavage, taking care to avoid perforation, before performing the above procedure.

Contraindications

Fat Anaemex-Iron injection, BP is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to Anaemex-iron, nuts and, in particular, almond oil or any of the components of the product. It should not be used in large areas, because enough can be absorbed to lead to toxic symptoms. With Anaemexischer, injections of Iron BP are also contraindicated in newborns and children.
