this drug belongs to the group of so-called antiemetics and antineus and is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of nausea and vomiting during pregnancy in adults.

like all medications, Cariban can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them.

Cariban side effects are generally mild and temporary and are more common in the first days of treatment.

<em> common side effects (may affect 1 in 10 people) : Drowsiness and effects such as dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, urinary retention or increased bronchial secretion.

They unusual side effects (may affect up to 1 in 100 people) : Asthenia (tiredness), peripheral edema (swelling of the arms and legs), nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, tinnitus (noises in the ears), orthostatic hypotension (reduced blood pressure due to a change in posture), diplopia (double vision), glaucoma, Confusion or light.

Dosage (Posology) and method of administration

the recommended dose is 2 capsules before bedtime if you experience nausea and vomiting in the morning. If you can control your symptoms with this dose, continue to take two capsules. If nausea occurs during the day, take 1 capsule in the morning and another one in the afternoon.

the maximum daily dose is 4 capsules (one in the morning, one in the afternoon and two before bed).

Capsules should be </ span> completely without chewing and be taken on an empty stomach with a sufficient amount of liquid, preferably water.

if you miss a cariban </ span>Shot, </ span> it should be hit as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, the missed dose should be skipped and normal dosage continued. Do not take a double dose to make up for forgotten doses.
