WHAT IS BENERVA AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR

Benerva It contains Thiamine (Vitamin B1), a water-soluble vitamin that intervenes in many processes of human metabolism.

It is indicated in:

Treatment of significant Vitamin B1 deficiency due to increased requirements, reduced intake, or reduced absorption.

Situations frequently accompanied by Vitamin B1 deficiencies and requiring supplementation include: excessive alcohol consumption regularly, nutritional status deteriorated.

Benerva 300 mg is indicated in adults a from 18 years.

 

Special warnings and precautions for use

POSSIBLE ADVERSAL EFFECTS

Like all medications this medicine It can cause side effects, although not everyone suffers from them.

 

When these reactions are reported voluntarily, their frequency is not known exactly:

- Allergic reaction, hypersensitivity reactions with symptoms that can be respiratory (such as wheezing), mild to moderate skin reactions, symptoms in the digestive system and / or in the cardiovascular system have been reported. The Symptoms may include rashes, itching, hives (a kind of reddish welts on the skin, usually itchy), rapid swelling of the skin and mucosa (angioedema) and cardio-respiratory difficulty.

- Mild gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal and gastrointestinal pain.

- Contact dermatitis in predisposed patients.

Dosage (Posology) and method of administration

HOW TO TAKE BENERVA

Follow exactly the instructions for administration of the medicine contained in this leaflet or those indicated by your doctor or pharmacist. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

The recommended dose is:

Oral route.

 

 

- Adults from 18 years:

It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day to treat clear symptoms of deficiency.

Treatment in general should not exceed 2 weeks continuously.

 

It is recommended to ingest the tablets with a sufficient amount of water, preferably before a meal.

 

If you take more Benerva than you should

Large doses do not produce appreciable effects.

If you forgot to take Benerva

Do not use a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.
