Overdose

Long-term or too frequent administration of the drug in young children can lead to inhibiting of the central nervous system, hypothermia, coma, and prolonged expansion of the pupil. Nafazolin can cause a sudden decrease in blood pressure and tachycardia.

There is no data regarding the acute overdose of drops injected locally into the conjunctival bag.
