Reduces the stagnation of bile, prevents the crystallization of cholesterol and thus the development of cholelithiasis.
When taken orally, it is easily absorbed from the digestive tract, weakly binds to plasma proteins. Cmax the serum level is reached after 2-3 h. T1/2 it is about 1 h. Hymecromone is excreted by the kidneys (about 93% in the form of glucuronate, 1.4% - sulfonate, 0.3% - in unchanged form).

Inside, 30 minutes before meals, adults-200-400 mg 3 times a day. The daily dose is up to 1200 mg. The course of treatment is 2 weeks.
