Contraindications

Hypersensitivity (including to certain components of the drug), severe liver or kidney disorders, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, heart disease.

Incompatibilities

Enhances the anticoagulant effect of indirect anticoagulants. Metoclopramide and domperidone increase, and cholestyramine reduces the rate and completeness of absorption.

Undesirable effects

Increased blood pressure, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, insomnia, palpitations, allergic reactions (skin rashes).

Therapeutic indications

Pain and fever syndrome (cold, flu, headache, swelling of the nasal mucosa, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, sinusitis).

Pharmacodynamic properties

Paracetamol inhibits the synthesis of PG, including in the central nervous system, has analgesic and antipyretic (especially in febrile syndrome) effects. Phenylephrine hydrochloride is a sympathomimetic that excites mainly peripheral alpha1- receptors, eliminates swelling of the nasal mucosa. Ascorbic acid compensates for the growing need for vitamin C in the initial stage of colds and acute viral infections.

Dosage (Posology) and method of administration

Inside, adults and children over 12 years of age - the contents of 1 sachet are dissolved in a glass of hot water, the dose can be repeated after 6-8 hours (but no more than 4 times a day).
