Glaucoma, prostate adenoma.

Incompatibilities

Caffeine preparations (when taken orally) reduce or (prevent) dizziness, a feeling of intoxication, and other central effects.

Undesirable effects

Dizziness, headache, feeling of intoxication, dry mouth, dyspeptic phenomena, paresis of accommodation.

Spastic diseases of the abdominal organs (spastic colitis, cholecystitis, renal and hepatic colic, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, pylorospasm), endarteritis, spasm of the cerebral vessels, the need to stimulate labor.

Pharmacodynamic properties

It blocks the central and peripheral m-and h-cholinergic receptors, reduces the tone and contractility of the smooth muscles of the internal organs, intestines, blood vessels, reduces exosecretion, increases uterine contractions, relieves pharyngeal spasm and promotes faster opening of the cervix in the first period of labor.
