Hypersensitivity to magaldrate, severe renal failure in the absence of regular monitoring of the concentration of aluminum and magnesium in the blood.
In large doses, it can cause diarrhea.
Gastritis with increased secretory function, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, esophagitis,heartburn, acid belching, discomfort and pain in the epigastrium after errors in the diet and caused by medication.
Magaldrate
Inside (before swallowing, dissolve or chew thoroughly), 1-2 hours after each main meal and before bedtime. A single dose of 0.8–1.6 g (1-2 tables), the maximum daily dose-6.4 g (8 tables). The duration of therapy is determined by the attending physician.
