Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, depression, parkinsonism, severe forms of angina and arrhythmias, recent myocardial infarction, gastric and duodenal ulcer in the acute phase, ulcerative colitis, liver and kidney function disorders, pheochromocytoma, blood diseases, hypokalemia, pregnancy, lactation (you should stop breastfeeding).

Incompatibilities

Weakens the effectiveness of oral hypoglycemic drugs, tricyclic antidepressants, anticoagulants. Hypotension is increased by barbiturates and alcohol. Glucocorticoids and laxatives increase the risk of hypokalemia.

Nausea, vomiting, nasal congestion, depression, orthostatic hypotension, muscle weakness, hypokalemia, hyponatremia, hyperuricemia, hyperglycemia, allergic reactions, with prolonged use of high doses — paresthesia, impotence, gynecomastia, visual disturbances and urination.
