HOW TO TAKE AUXIN A E

Follow exactly the instructions for administration of the drug contained in this brochure, or indicated by your doctor or pharmacist. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist. Recommended dose: Adults and children over 14 years of age: you should consider vitamin A intake as well through diet to prevent dose accumulation. It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day. In some cases, your doctor may instruct you to take 2 or up to 3 capsules a day.   If symptoms worsen or do not improve after 10 days of treatment, you should see a doctor. As a rule, treatment should not exceed two weeks, but, at the discretion of your doctor, it can be extended longer.   Verbally. Capsules should be taken with a small amount of water or other liquid, preferably with a meal.   Use in children and adolescents Children under the age of 14 should not take this drug because of its doses.   If you take more auxin A E than you should, if you have taken more auxin A E than recommended in this brochure or by your doctor( high doses), vitamin A toxicity may occur. Within a few hours after an overdose of vitamin A, symptoms such as irritability, drowsiness, convulsions, headache, increased pressure in the head, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, visual disturbances and nervous disorders may occur. With a prolonged (chronic) overdose of vitamin A, hypervitaminosis A may occur. The risk of toxicity is higher if you suffer from kidney or liver disease, if you are underweight or malnourished, or if you drink alcohol. Other symptoms include: impaired urination (urination) and blood tests and calcifications (nodules) in the tendons, muscles, and tissues under the skin.  Vitamin E in excessive doses rarely causes nausea, diarrhea and other intestinal disorders, and in predisposed people can cause thrombophlebitis and worsen blood clotting problems. Hypervitaminosis A is usually reversible, and symptoms improve within a few days after discontinuation of treatment. Symptoms of excessive doses of vitamin E usually disappear after discontinuation of treatment.   In the event of an overdose or accidental ingestion, contact your doctor or pharmacist immediately or contact a medical facility or call the toxicology information service at 91 562 04 20 with an indication of the medication and the amount swallowed.   If you forget to take auxin A E, do not take a double dose to compensate for missed doses.   If you have any other concerns about using this medication, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
