Therapeutic indications

WHAT THEY ARE AZARON AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR

It contains as an active ingredient tripelenamine hydrochloride, which is an antihistamine, a medicine that is used on the skin to eliminate or reduce the effects of allergies, therefore reducing symptoms such as itching or pain caused by some causative agents.

 

Azaron Stick is used for the temporary relief of itching, pain or stinging due to insect bites or the contact of jellyfish or nettles, or itching due to mild skin irritations.

POSSIBLE ADVERSAL EFFECTS

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them.

 

The most characteristic adverse reaction that can occur is irritation and mild allergic reactions on contact.

Dosage (Posology) and method of administration

HOW TO TAKE AZARON

Follow the medication instructions exactly contained in this leaflet or those indicated by your doctor or pharmacist. In case of doubt I asked for to his doctor or pharmacist.

 

The recommended dose is:

- Adults and children over 6 years old :

Azaron Stick is applied to the affected skin area. Repeat if necessary, up to 3 or 4 times a day.

 

Skin use.

Slide the bar with a gentle massage on the affected area.

Apply only in small conditions.

Do not use on injured skin (or on wounds).

 

Use in children

In children over 2 years old and under 6 el doctor or pharmacist they must value their employment.

 

If you use more Azaron Stick than you should

With a skin bar, overdose is not relevant.

 

The appearance of toxic reactions in a child (agitation, seizures, has been reported ...) in which it was used on a large surface of the body. 

 

In case of overdose or accidental ingestion you should immediately go to a medical center, or  consult your doctor or pharmacist or call the Toxicology Information Service, telephone 91 562 04 20, indicating the medicine and the amount ingested.

 

If you forgot to use Azaron Stick

Do not use a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.

Apply the dose as soon as you remember and the next dose at the usual time.
