Incompatible with anticoagulants. Enhances the effect of NSAIDs and sulfonylurea derivatives, methotrexate toxicity. Reduces the effect of furosemide, spironolactone, anti-inflammatory agents.
NSAIDS-gastropathy, gastrointestinal bleeding, thrombocytopenia, anemia, allergic reactions.
Pain syndrome (myalgia, arthralgia, neuralgia, after surgery), fever, rheumatic diseases, neuritis, thrombophlebitis of superficial veins, postoperative thrombosis and embolism.

1 vial of dry substance for the preparation of the solution for injection contains 900 mg of D, l-lysine mono (acetylsalicylate), which corresponds to 500 mg of acetylsalicylic acid and 100 mg of aminoacetic acid.
1 ampoule with solvent contains 5 ml of water for injection, in a pack of 5 pcs.

The usual daily dose of acetylsalicylic acid for infants and children is 10-25 mg/kg of body weight, which corresponds to 0.1-0.25 ml of ready-made solution for injection. This daily dose should be divided into 2-3 single doses. The solution must be prepared again each time.
