Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, increased bleeding, glucose−6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, bronchial asthma.

Incompatibilities

Incompatible with anticoagulants. Increases the effect of NSAIDs and sulfonylurea derivatives, the toxicity of methotrexate. Reduces the effect of furosemide, spironolactone, anti-gout agents.

NSAIDs-gastropathy, gastrointestinal bleeding, thrombocytopenia, anemia, allergic reactions.

Pain syndrome (myalgia, arthralgia, neuralgia, after surgery), fever, rheumatic diseases, neuritis, superficial vein thrombophlebitis, postoperative thrombosis and embolism.

Lysine Acetylsalicylate

Dosage (Posology) and method of administration

In/in and deep in / m — 1-2 vials (no more than 10 g per day). The usual daily dose of acetylsalicylic acid for infants and children is 10-25 mg/kg of body weight, which corresponds to 0.1-0.25 ml of the finished solution for injection. This daily dose should be divided into 2-3 single doses. The solution must be prepared again each time.
