Incompatible with sulfonamides.
From the gastrointestinal tract: taste disorders, nausea, vomiting, spasm, epigastric pain, constipation.
From the side of metabolism: hypercalciuria, hypermagnesemia, hypophosphatemia.
Other: drowsiness, osteomalacia, dementia and edema of the extremities (against the background of chronic renal failure).
Peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum (acute phase), acute or chronic gastritis with normal or increased secretory function (acute phase), reflux esophagitis, diaphragmatic hernia, duodenitis, enteritis, discomfort and pain in the epigastric region caused by a violation of the diet, taking medications (NSAIDs, glucocorticoids), drinking coffee or alcohol, smoking.

It has a buffer-antacid effect: between meals, the pH of gastric juice is maintained from 4-4. 5 to 3.5–3.8. Sorbitol has a choleretic and mild laxative effect. The therapeutic effect manifests itself in 3-5 minutes and lasts for 70 minutes.
It is practically not absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract.

5 ml of suspension for oral administration contains aluminum hydroxide 300 mg (equivalent to 200 mg of aluminum oxide), magnesium hydroxide 100 mg and anesthesin 100 mg, in plastic bottles of 170 ml each, complete with a dosage spoon, in a cardboard pack of 1 bottle.
If you are pregnant, you can use it for no longer than 3 days. Breastfeeding should be discontinued for the duration of treatment.
Inside, 0.5 hours before meals and overnight, adults 1-3 dosage spoons, depending on the severity of the case, 3-4 times a day.
Children are strictly prescribed by a doctor: up to 10 years-1/3 dose for adults, 10-15 years-1/2 dose.
