Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, respiratory failure, children's age (up to 2.5 years).

Incompatibilities

Before starting treatment, hypothyroidism, hyperprolactinemia, pituitary or hypothalamic tumors should be treated.

Undesirable effects

Drowsiness, myasthenia gravis, anterograde amnesia, feeling of intoxication, paradoxical phenomena (excitability, aggressiveness, etc.), "withdrawal" syndrome, skin rash.

Therapeutic indications

Anxiety states and their manifestations in adults: anxiety, anxiety, melancholy, in children: tic, emotional lability, neuroses (caused by anxiety states), mental and somatic manifestations of anxiety, melancholy, daytime anxiety.

Dosage (Posology) and method of administration

Inside, during meals, under medical supervision. Adults — 5 to 30 mg/day. In severe cases-up to 50 mg/day and above. Children — 0.5 mg/kg/day in several doses.
