The effect is enhanced by neuroleptics. Increases the depressive effect on the respiratory center of barbiturates, benzodiazepines, phenothiazine derivatives and sleeping pills. MAO inhibitors when administered jointly cause excessive stimulation of the central nervous system and a sharp increase in blood pressure.
Respiratory depression, drowsiness, nausea, vomiting, constipation, spasm of the sphincters of the bile and pancreatic ducts, bladder, physical and mental dependence, itching, rash.

1 ampoule with 2 ml of solution for injection contains pyritramide 15 mg, in a box of 5 pcs.
In / m, n / in a single dose of 7.5-15 mg, for children — 0.05–0.2 mg/kg. In / slowly with dilution with saline solution — 15-20 mg (10 mg/min), for children–0.05-0.1 mg/kg of weight. The introduction, if necessary, is repeated every 6-8 hours.
