Pharmacokinetic properties

After oral administration of a single dose of 2.5 mg Cmax it is reached after 2 hours. A stable concentration with repeated administration is noted on the third day. Accumulation of the drug was not noted. T1/2 - 27 hours — It is excreted 40-45% in the urine and 30-35% in the feces.

Dosage (Posology) and method of administration

Inside, 1 capsule (2.5 mg) 2 times a week for 6 months, the first capsule is taken on the 1st day of menstruation, the second-on the 4th day, then taken on the same 2 days of the week during the course of treatment.
