Overdose

Undesirable effects

Headache, chills, fever, nausea, vomiting, joint aches, back pain, allergic reactions. Dosage (Posology) and method of administration

V/v (before administration, the solution is heated to room temperature or body temperature), at a rate of no more than 20 drops / min (1 ml / min). Prevention of cytomegalovirus infection: in a single dose of 1 ml / kg, for organ transplantation-on the day of transplantation, for bone marrow transplantation - on the day before transplantation. In CMV-seropositive patients, prevention begins 10 days before transplantation. The course is 6 single doses with an interval of 2-3 weeks.

Therapy of cytomegalovirus infection: in a single dose of 2 ml / kg every 2 days until the disappearance of clinical symptoms.
