Compatible with lithium preparations, alcohol, benzodiazepines, neuroleptics, analgesics, antihistamines, antihypertensive drugs, incl.beta-blockers and other cardiotropic means (pharmacodynamics), with phenothiazines, tricyclic antidepressants (pharmacokinetics). Enhances the effects of sumatriptan and other serotonergic drugs, cimetidine increases the concentration of balance in the blood. With simultaneous use with Mao inhibitors, a hypertensive crisis (serotonin syndrome) is possible.
Dry mouth, nausea, drowsiness, increased sweating, tremor, convulsions, bradycardia.
