Composition

Description of the dosage form

The liquid is dark green in color. During storage, precipitation is allowed, forming a dense coating on the walls and at the bottom of the bottle or jar.

Help® - this is an extract from eucalyptus leaves, which has antibacterial activity against staphylococci, including antibiotic-resistant strains.

Indications

In the complex therapy of infection caused by staphylococci, in the treatment of burns, trophic ulcers, cervical erosions, intestinal carriage of staphylococci.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. When used orally - age up to 18 years, pregnancy, breastfeeding, liver diseases, traumatic brain injury, alcoholism, brain diseases.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

During pregnancy and during breastfeeding, external and topical use is possible if the expected benefit to the mother exceeds the potential risk to the fetus and child. You should consult your doctor.

Method of administration and dosage

For adults, the drug is administered orally, topically, externally. Children under 18 years of age are prescribed the drug topically and externally.

Inside. When used in adults with intestinal carrier of staphylococci, 5 ml of 1 % alcohol solution, diluted with 30 ml of water, 3 times a day for 40 minutes before meals daily.

Externally (treatment of burns and trophic ulcers). 1 % alcohol solution is diluted 1:5 with 0.25 % novocaine solution.

Locally. In the intestinal carrier of staphylococci, Chlorophyllipt® it is also prescribed rectally in an enema (20 ml of 1% alcohol solution is diluted in 1 liter of water - this is the dose for one enema). An enema with the drug is placed every two days. Children in the volume (in ml) corresponding to the age. The course of treatment consists of 10 procedures.

In the treatment of cervical erosion, all the folds of the vaginal mucosa and the vaginal part of the cervix are pre-dried with a swab and lubricated with a 1% alcohol solution of Chlorophyllipt® cervical canal and erosion. Also use douching with a solution of the drug (1 tablespoon of 1% alcohol solution per 1 liter of water). The course of treatment is 2 weeks.

Side effects

Allergic reactions (puffiness of the lips, mucous membranes, skin rashes).

Overdose

To date, there have been no cases of overdose with the correct use of the drug. It is possible to increase the dose-dependent side effects.

Interaction

Hydrogen peroxide. It should be borne in mind that in the presence of hydrogen peroxide residues in the wound, Chlorophyllipt® it precipitates, so after washing the wound with hydrogen peroxide, its remains should be removed with a sterile 0.9 % sodium chloride solution.

Special instructions

When used orally, a single dose of the drug contains 3.8 mg of ethanol, a daily dose of the drug contains 11.4 mg of ethanol (in terms of absolute alcohol).

Influence on the ability to drive vehicles and control machines and mechanisms

When using the drug inside, it is necessary to refrain from driving vehicles and engaging in potentially dangerous activities that require increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions (driving a car, etc.).

Solution for oral, local and external use of alcohol 1%.

100 ml each in bottles or cans made of dark glass capped with polyethylene stoppers and screw-on lids or aluminum caps, or in polymer bottles with polymer lids.

Local, in the treatment of burns and trophic ulcers-1% alcohol solution is diluted in a ratio of 1:5 in 0.25% procaine solution, 1% alcohol solution (15 ml is diluted in 1 liter of water) - for douching the vagina.

Inside, with intestinal carrier of staphylococci — 5 ml of 1% alcohol solution, diluted in 30 ml of water, daily 3 times a day for 40 minutes before meals.

Enemas — 20 ml of 1% alcohol solution in 1 liter of water.

T is a solution of alcohol 0,25%

V/v jet (slowly), in septic conditions and pneumonia — 2 ml of 0.25% solution, diluted in 38 ml of sterile 0.9% NaCl solution, 4 times a day for 4-5 days. Intravenous drip, in the complex therapy of acute lung abscesses-8-10 ml of 0.25% solution (diluted in 150 ml of 0.9% NaCl solution) 2 times a day.

Intracavitary, through a drainage tube, with peritonitis and empyema — 0.25% alcohol solution in dilution with 0.25% procaine solution in a ratio of 1: 20, for 5-6 days (the solution is prepared ex tempore).
