Contraindications

Ibuprofen, Paracetamol is contraindicated in patients who have shown

hypersensitivity to it.

Ibuprofen, Paracetamolshould not be given to patients in whom aspirin or other

nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs induce hypersensitivity reactions.

Active peptic ulceration or history of recurrent peptic ulceration.

History of bronchial asthma.


Undesirable effects

Ibuprofen, Paracetamol is a highly tolerated drug with no significant change in

hemogram or liver and kidney function tests.

Generally the reported side effects were mild and transient in the form

of digestive disorders as gastric pain, nausea and vomiting.
