Externally. A small amount of cream is applied to the affected areas of the body 2-3 times a day and gently rubbed. After the appearance of the effect, the multiplicity of applications is reduced to 1-2 times a day.
Children are prescribed 1 time a day.

In the case of severe hyperkeratosis (psoriatic plaques on the elbows and knees), the effect of Betnovate can be enhanced by applying occlusive dressings to the affected areas with a plastic film (only at night), and if the condition improves, maintenance therapy is carried out with regular applications without bandages.

In the absence of regular medical supervision, the course of treatment should not exceed 7 days.

In children and in patients with facial skin lesions, the course of treatment should not exceed 5 days.

Betnovat®- HM

Externally. A small amount of cream is applied to the affected areas of the body 2-3 times a day in adults until signs of improvement appear, after which it is possible to continue using the drug 1 time a day. The duration of treatment is determined individually and depends on the nosological form and severity of the disease.

Betnovat®- With

Externally, on the affected areas, lightly rubbing, apply a thin layer 2-3 times a day. If necessary, occlusive dressings are applied, which are changed every 24 hours (due to the delay in the evaporation of sweat and skin respiration, a moist chamber is created, which contributes to the loosening of the stratum corneum and accelerated, deeper penetration of the drug — about 100 times greater than with a simple application).

The course of treatment is up to 3 weeks. If necessary, long-term treatment is used less often-every other day. In the treatment of chronic diseases, treatment should be continued for some time after the disappearance of all symptoms, in order to avoid a relapse of the disease.

Betnovat®- N

Local. Eyes: 1-2 drops are instilled into the affected eye every 1-2 hours during the day and at intervals of 2 hours-during the night, with the mitigation of acute symptoms-4-6 times a day.
Ears: 2-3 drops are instilled into the auditory canal on the affected side every 2-3 hours until signs of improvement appear, then the frequency of application can be reduced. In children over 2 years of age, Betnovate-N can be used in the same doses as for adults, but with a lower frequency.
The course of treatment — no more than 7 days without medical supervision.

In patients with renal insufficiency, the dose is reduced.
