Contraindications

Incompatibilities

Pharmacodynamic properties

A local contraceptive (spermatocidal) agent, also has an antiseptic, antifungal, antiprotozoal effect, inactivates the virus Herpes simplex It exhibits bactericidal activity against staphylococci, streptococci, Gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, gonococci, proteus, Klebsiella, etc.)..), anaerobic bacteria, fungi and molds. It acts on strains of bacteria resistant to antibiotics and other chemotherapeutic drugs, suppresses plasmocoagulase and staphylococcal hyaluronidase. Spermatocidal action is due to the ability to damage the membranes of spermatozoa (at the beginning of the flagella, then the head), which makes it impossible to fertilize the damaged sperm. Vaginal capsules

Lying on your back, the capsule is inserted deep into the vagina 10 minutes before sexual intercourse. Duration of action — 4 hours. Be sure to enter a new capsule before each repeated sexual intercourse.

Vaginal tablets

Lying on your back, a tablet moistened with water is injected deep into the vagina for complete dissolution 10 minutes before sexual intercourse. The duration of the action is 3 hours. Be sure to introduce a new pill before each repeated sexual intercourse.

Vaginal cream

Attach the dispenser to the tube instead of the lid. Gently squeeze out the contents of the tube until the dispenser is filled (until the piston stops) so that no air bubbles form. Disconnect the dispenser from the tube. Close the tube with a lid. Lying on your back, insert the cream deep into the vagina with a dispenser, slowly pressing the plunger. Duration of action — 10 hours. Be sure to introduce a new dose of cream before each repeated sexual intercourse.

Vaginal suppositories
