Vaginal tablets 1 table.
active substance:  
benzalkonium chloride (benzyldimethyltetradecyl ammonium chloride) (based on 100% substance) 20 mg
excipients: corn starch pre-gelatinized, stearic acid, MCC (for medical purposes), adipic acid, macrogol (polyethylene glycol) - to obtain a tablet weighing 550 mg  
Vaginal suppositories 1 supp.
active substance:  
benzalkonium chloride (benzyldimethylamine ammonium chloride) 18.9 mg
auxiliary substance: solid fat (vitepsol) - a sufficient amount to obtain a suppository weighing 1.75 g  
Gel for intravaginal administration 1 g
active substance:  
benzalkonium chloride (benzyldimethyltetradecyl ammonium chloride) (based on 100% dry matter) 0.012 g
excipients: glycerol (distilled glycerin), poloxamer (poloxamer 407, lutrol F127), macrogol glycerylhydroxystearate (polyoxyl 40 hydrogenated castor oil, cremophore RH40), purified water-up to 1 g  
Release form

Vaginal tablets, 20 mg. By 5, 6, 7, 10 or 12 tables. in a contour cell packaging made of PVC film and aluminum foil printed lacquered. 1, 2 or 3 contour cell packages are packed in a pack of cardboard.

Vaginal suppositories, 18.9 mg. 5 supp. in a contour cell package, 2 contour cell packages are packed in a cardboard pack.

Vaginal gel, 1.2%. 30, 50, 70 and 100 g each in aluminum or PE laminate tubes. Each tube together with the dispenser-applicator is placed in a pack of cardboard.

Dosage (Posology) and method of administration

Intravaginal.

Vaginal tablets

Pre-released from the contour packaging, the tablet is injected deep into the vagina in a supine position 10 minutes before sexual intercourse, the duration of action is 3 hours. A single dose: 1 table. designed for 1 sexual act. It is mandatory to introduce a new vaginal pill in case of repeated sexual acts. The frequency of use is limited by the individual tolerance of the active substance and the frequency of sexual acts.

Vaginal suppositories

Having previously released the suppository from the contour packaging, it is injected deep into the vagina in a supine position 5 minutes before sexual intercourse, the duration of action is 4 hours. A single dose — 1 suppository is designed for 1 sexual act. It is mandatory to introduce a new vaginal suppository in case of repeated sexual acts. The frequency of use is limited by the individual tolerance of the active substance and the frequency of sexual acts.

Vaginal gel

The gel is injected into the vagina using a dispenser-applicator. Install the dosing device on the end of the tube. Fill it completely to the ring-shaped mark or to the stop of the piston so that no air bubbles form. Disconnect it from the piston. Before sexual intercourse, insert the gel deep into the vagina using a dosing device, slowly pressing the plunger. The introduction is easier to perform lying down. To retrieve the measuring device. the effect of the drug begins after 3 minutes and lasts for at least 6 hours. Be sure to introduce a new portion of the gel before each repeated sexual intercourse.

A single dose. 1 serving of gel is designed for 1 sexual act.

The frequency of use is determined by the tolerability of the drug and the frequency of sexual acts.

It is possible to use Benatex gel® together with a condom, a vaginal diaphragm, or an intrauterine device.
