Nature and contents of container

1 bottle contains a lyophilized powder for the preparation of an injectable solution (human coagulation factor IX-Christmas factor, in a concentration at least 50 times higher than its content in fresh plasma) of 200, 600 or 1200 IU, complete with water for injection (vials of 10, 10 and 20 ml) and a set of accessories for dissolution and administration. 1 mg of protein contains from 1 to 3 IU of factor IX. The plasma used for the production of the drug is subject to mandatory testing for ALT, as well as for the absence of HBsAg, anti-HCV, HIV-1 and HIV-2 antibodies.

Dosage (Posology) and method of administration

In/in (the solution is prepared before use), at a rate of no more than 5 ml / min. The dose depends on the degree of factor IX deficiency (administration of 1 IU / kg increases the level of factor in plasma by 0.8%).
