Location: sensation of dryness of the nose.
Systemic: headache, insomnia, palpitations. The systemic reactions can occur in cases of prolonged use.
Especially in newborns, children and elderly, there is the possibility of systemic effects appear due to
rapid penetration of the drug by an inflamed mucosa and digestive absorption.
Pain; fever; smooth muscle spasm; musculoskeletal and joint pain
should not be used in combination with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) because of the risk of crises
hypertensive.
