Flatulence (including in the postoperative period), aerophagia, dyspepsia, Remheld syndrome, preparation for diagnostic tests of the abdominal cavity and pelvis, intoxication with detergents (as a defoamer).
As an additive to a suspension of contrast agents for obtaining a double contrast image, as a defoamer for acute poisoning with detergents.
It is not absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. It is excreted from the body in an unchanged form.

Inside, during or after meals (if necessary and overnight). With flatulence and a feeling of overcrowding in the stomach, adults and children 6-14 years old — 1-2 caps. or 1-2 hours.spoonfuls of the emulsion 3-5 times a day, for infants and young children-1 hour.a spoonful of the emulsion 3-5 times a day. To prepare for X-ray and ultrasound of the abdominal organs 1 day before the study — 2 caps. or 2 hours each.spoonfuls of the emulsion 3 times a day and on the day of the study in the morning-2 caps. or 2 hours.spoonfuls of emulsion. To obtain a double contrast image — 20-40 ml per 1 liter of contrast suspension. In case of poisoning with detergents-adults 50-100 ml, children-10-50 ml, depending on the severity of the poisoning.
