Method of administration and dosageAbout 5 g (2 tablespoons) of erva woolly grass is placed in an enameled dish, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, and squeeze the remaining raw materials. The volume of the resulting infusion is brought to 200 ml with boiled water.
It is possible to prepare the infusion in a thermos: about 5 g (2 tablespoons) of erva woolly grass pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water and insist for 1 hour.
Take inside in a warm form for 1/4-1/2 cup 2-3 times a day for 15 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is from 10 to 30 days.
Before use, it is recommended to shake the infusion.
