Dosage (Posology) and method of administration

Broth: 1 briquette pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, insist 1 hour, boil on low heat for 15 minutes and insist for another 45 minutes.

Infusion: 1 briquette pour 500 ml of boiling water, insist 2 hours.

The infusion and decoction are taken orally 1/3 cup 3 times a day for half an hour before meals or, diluted 2-4 times, used for douching, microclysting, irrigation, lotions and inhalations. The prepared infusion and decoction are shaken before use.
