Aclovate
Alclometasone
Locally. Aclovate Ointment® evenly apply a thin layer to the affected areas of the skin 2-3 times a day, easily rubbing into the skin. To prevent relapses in the treatment of chronic diseases, therapy should be continued for some time after the disappearance of all symptoms.
On the skin areas treated with Aclovate ointment®, occlusive dressings should not be applied due to a possible increase in the absorption of alclomethasone, except in the treatment of severe and persistent dermatoses.
Use in children. The drug Aclovate® it can be used in children from the 6th month of life. It should be borne in mind that in young children, skin folds and synthetic diapers can have an effect similar to that of an occlusive dressing, and increase the resorption of the active substance of the drug. In addition, a large degree of systemic resorption is possible in children due to the ratio between the surface of the skin and body weight, as well as due to insufficient skin maturity. It is not recommended to apply under occlusive dressings, in places where diapers and diapers come into contact with the skin. The drug should be used in children with great caution and for as short a period of time as possible (no more than 3 weeks). Longer - term use of the drug should be carried out only under the supervision of a doctor. If there is no effect within 2 weeks, the diagnosis should be clarified
In children and during the post-treatment period, it is possible to use the drug 1 time a day. For common dermatoses, along with the use of Aclovate ointment®, for the treatment of dermatoses localized on delicate and sensitive areas of the skin (face, neck, chest, groin), it is advisable to switch to the use of the drug Aclovate® in the form of a cream. In addition, Aclovate Cream® it has cosmetic advantages-it is easily absorbed and does not leave a greasy shine.
