Pharmaceutical form

Suppositories are white, yellowish-gray or light beige, torpedo-shaped, cone-shaped or cylindrical in shape with a specific smell of confectionery fat, color heterogeneity in the form of inclusions or "marbling"is allowed.

Special instructions

Before intravaginal administration, the packaging material is removed from the suppository. It is recommended the combined use of suppositories and one of oral forms of atsilakt. The use of suppositories can be combined with the simultaneous administration of antimicrobial, antiviral and immunomodulatory therapy. However, it is not recommended to combine with the simultaneous local administration of antibacterial drugs.

Therapeutic indications

Treatment of diseases of the female genitals, accompanied by a violation of the normal microflora:

non-specific colpitis (as an independent remedy or after the end of the course of antibacterial therapy),

vaginal dysbiosis, including bacterial vaginosis (as an independent remedy or in complex therapy),

subacute and chronic stages of inflammatory processes of the female genital area (after the end of the course of antibacterial therapy for the purpose of rehabilitation),

hormone-dependent colpitis, including senile colpitis (as an independent remedy or against the background of specific hormone therapy),

preparation for planned gynecological operations to prevent postoperative infectious complications,

prenatal training of pregnant women at risk for the development of inflammatory diseases for the prevention and treatment of vaginal dysbiosis,

as an auxiliary agent in combination and after specific antimicrobial, antiviral and immunomodulatory therapy in the treatment of urogenital infections and sexually transmitted diseases (gonorrhea, urogenital chlamydia, urogenital herpes, etc.).

Pharmacodynamic properties

Acylact has a high antagonistic activity against pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microbes, including staphylococci, enteropathogenic escherichia coli, proteus, which determines the corrective effect of the drug in violations of the bacteriocenosis of the genitals in women.

Dosage (Posology) and method of administration

Intravaginal.

In the treatment of senile vaginitis of hormonal nature and vaginal dysbiosis - 1 supp. 2 times a day for 5-10 days. In case of violation of the purity of the vaginal secretions in pregnant women up to III-IV degree, the drug is used 1 supp. 1-2 times a day for 5-10 or more days until the purity of the vaginal secretions is restored to I-II degree and the clinical symptoms disappear.

For the prevention of purulent-septic complications apply 1 supp. 1-2 times a day for 5-10 days before the intended operation or delivery.

For the purpose of rehabilitation therapy after the use of antibiotics apply 1 supp. 1-2 times a day for 10 days. The course is repeated as prescribed by a doctor in 10-20 days.
